The Score smashes that myth that you need to lay out dollars to get great performance. Utilizing the latest thinking in design and technology, it is the perfect board for any freestyle rider looking to keep rock alive. The Score takes freestyle riding by the scruff of the neck and gives it a good shake.

STD. CamRock ®
This is the Camber story that has made all of our boards such a good ride, this is tried-and true camber that will not disappoint for overall mountain performance. With camber between the bindings and rocker in the nose and tail, this is the all mountain, all condition camber that will leave you stoked and smiling from ear to ear after each run, this is the camber choice of our pro team and staff as the all around, all terrain, bomber and reliable camber story on the market - bar none!
Twin Directional
This is a hybrid shape, combining the Twin-Tip and the Directional shapes. It will give you the float and control of a Directional shape, but with a twin “feel” that helps you perform better switch. The stiffness is Twin, but the inserts have a small setback like the Directional.
Power Wood Core
This core combines a variation of wood densities and ash to give more liveliness and durability. This core allows your board to become more responsive under your feet in varying conditions.
Dual Plus
Our standard 90-degree biaxial fiberglass is the most versatile in the industry. It is bombproof and reliable for all terrain types.
Base 5000
Our universal base made to absorb wax retains it longer. Exceptionally durable and impact resistant, this is the «go everywhere» base.
Die-Cut
Die-cut is a system in which we cut out different colors & shapes of base material. We then join the pieces together to create bright & very ap- pealing base designs.
Topsheet Duraclear
The most popular topsheet in the snowboard market, that is durable and strong and resistant to heavy damage.
NoseTip
By reducing mass in the nose and tail, and by following the flow of the CamRock profile, NoseTip technology guides you when you turn, providing a unique, responsive feel in turn transitions. It also helps the board to float better in powder, giving a sweeter ride to beginners and experienced riders alike.

ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES
At Nidecker, we recognize the importance of environmental sustainability and have taken extraordinary steps across our entire product line to use materials and apply processes that will reduce our impact on the environment. As part of this program, we insist that our materials be ecologically certified and every process we implement must meet or exceed sustainable norms. All of our materials and processes have been carefully selected with one eye toward quality and the other toward our impact on the world around us.
While these efforts have added cost to the process of building boards, the Nidecker family feels very strongly that these costs not be passed on to the consumer, and our prices have not risen as a result of these initiatives. We will continue to pursue excellence in snowboard manufacturing, developing new technologies and fine-tuning our products, but we don’t believe we must do this at the expense of the environment.
Nidecker has long been an industry leader in developing eco-friendly materials, products, and processes. Indeed, some of our sustainable processes have been in place almost since our inception – over 125 years ago! We believe a sustainable future is within reach and will work ceaselessly toward that end. Our long-term goal is to produce the finest snowboards in the world, while reducing our overall carbon footprint to zero.
Here are some of the steps we have taken to keep our world green:
- We use the heat from our snowboard presses to heat the factory through a closed-circuit radiant heating system in the floor.
- We recycle our unused cores and other remnants, but most particularly, we reuse our scrap base material. This not only eliminates one of the largest portions of manufacturing waste created by making snowboards, but it allows us to avoid using harmful petrochemical inks and solvents.
- Our waxing process uses a 100% biodegradable formula.
- All of our internal processes meet or exceed sustainable norms.
- We use die cut bases almost exclusively and design base patterns with inverse - color variations, meaning a much more efficient use of materials.
- Our packaging is minimalist and 100% recyclable.
- We favor materials produced locally, close to our factory, to reduce transportation requirements and minimize our carbon footprint.
- Our materials are virtually all ecologically certified. For example, most of our cores are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, which means that they come from forests responsibly managed to meet the changing social, economic and ecological needs of present and future generations.
- We support Protect Our Winters (POW), Jeremy Jones’ environmental non-profit, the purpose of which is to unite the winter sports community in a common goal of reducing climate change’s effects on our sport and local mountain communities.
